Darren has been an integral part of the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In his career so far, he has flourished within several 5 star, 5 diamond properties including the Ritz Carlton Hotels and Loews Hotels. In addition, Darren has worked in real estate for years, both in finance and property sales. In his free time, he might be found on a paddle board, and if you pay close attention, you may see him playing a role in a TV series here and there!

Darren currently spends most of his time in Austin, Texas when he’s not in Branson or out traveling around seeing the world.

Heidi Hansen

Property Manager
Heidi moved with her husband to Branson from a small town in Iowa in 2005. Since then, Heidi has done a number of things, but she has now discovered that she finds the most passion in places that allow her the freedom to dream and grow both personally and professionally. On top of Heidi being the operations manager at the Rockwood Resort, Heidi and her husband are the proud owners of Ozarks Extreme Outdoors, a local archery, kayak and bait and tackle shop. Heidi’s most proud of her job as a Mother to her two small children Ava and Parker.  Heidi is passionate about spending as much time as possible with her family outdoors, enjoying the beautiful Ozarks; kayaking, shooting their bows, backpacking, camping, rock climbing or fishing.
